SWEATCON is a training conference in the South-West (SW) of Sydney.

It is in the SW, for the SW, by the SW.

The conference seeks to train up leaders and future leaders in the churches of the SW.
It also seeks to encourage people in their ministries and to stay in the SW for the sake of the Gospel. It’s suitable for church leaders,  Bible study leaders, Sunday school teachers, scripture teachers, youth leaders –  young or old, male or female – basically anyone who is serving God’s people.

Why another conference and why in the SW?

The SW of Sydney has some unique challenges. It’s the most multicultural area of Sydney, there are many social and financial pressures, and we are aware of many churches struggling with no Ministers and/or no leadership training. This conference is geared to people in the SW – you don’t need a university education to soak up the training and it’s very affordable.

We’ve outgrown the Hoxton Park Church! So from 2018, Sweatcon will be held at

Thomas Hassall Anglican College: 125 Kingsford Smith Avenue, Middleton Grange
